		<description>That is true - good-for-you food isn&#039;t cheap. But it isn&#039;t unattainable. It doesn&#039;t have to mean organics and grass-fed; it can mean frozen green beans ($.99/bag at my store) instead of boxed mac and cheese. All we can do is the best we can do, and it is better to take the one step that we can than to not move at all because we can&#039;t walk a mile. I like to try to find the things that make the most impact for the least money and start there. I can&#039;t afford organic berries, but I can drink water instead of juice or soda and I can buy whole wheat bread instead of white bread. Baby steps...</description>
